Texas A&M forward D.J. Hogg is entering the 2018 NBA Draft and signing with an agent, according to a report from Jon Rothstein of FanRag Sports.

The 6-foot-9 Hogg just completed his junior season with the Aggies as he averaged 11.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game. A good outside shooter for his size, Hogg shot 37 percent from three-point range last season.

Hogg is a former top-50 recruit who helped build Texas A&M into a consistent threat in the SEC as the Aggies will miss his frontcourt floor-spacing next season. Texas A&M junior big man Tyler Davis is also entering the 2018 NBA Draft, but he’s just testing the waters at the current moment.

Some mock drafts have Hogg listed in the second round as he’ll be a player to keep an eye on during workouts. If Hogg shoots the ball at a high level, then a team could fall for his unique size and try to develop him.
