Wright State guard Mark Alstork will have a new setting for the 2017-18 season.
The 6-foot-5 Dayton native had previously declared for the 2017 NBA Draft. But on Tuesday, according to Scout’s Evan Daniels, Alstork has received his release from the university and will become a graduate transfer, which means he’ll be eligible immediately if he chooses to remain in the college ranks. The deadline to withdraw from the draft is June 12.
Alstork averaged 19.0 points. 4.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists (4.3 turnovers) per game, shooting 39 percent from beyond the 3-point line, for the Raiders this past season. He was named to the first team all-Horizon League.
