Notre Dame junior point guard Matt Farrell received a wonderful surprise after Monday night’s win as he was surprised by his brother who is currently deployed in Afghanistan.

After Notre Dame’s 77-62 win over Colgate, First Lieutenant Bo Farrell, Matt’s older brother, appeared on video to support Matt and the Irish before surprising them on the floor in front of the cheering crowd.

Farrell wasn’t expecting to see his brother until February, so this is certainly a great surprise for the holiday season.
