This one is pretty hard to watch.

Dayton’s Josh Cunningham threw down a nasty poster dunk to put an exclamation point on a nice road win over a pretty good Alabama team, but his landing was ugly. His left leg got stuck under his body and twisted in a way you never want to see a body part twist:

“Concern is with both Josh’s knee and his ankle,” Archie Miller said after the game, “or lower leg area. It’s uncertain what it is exactly, but we could be looking at being without him for some time.”

Here’s to hoping the injury isn’t as bad as it looked. It’s hard to tell on this video, but Cunningham’s screams were clearly audible on the broadcast.
