There are a lot of question marks regarding Michigan State as we head towards the start of the college basketball season.
What are they going to do about their front court if no one stays healthy? Who is going to start at the point? Will Tom Izzo have an aneurysm if he’s coaching a team full of freshman?
But no question is bigger than whether or not Miles Bridges is primed to carry the load for the Spartans offensively. On Thursday night, Michigan State played their first exhibition of the season and … well … maybe our concerns about Bridges were overblown.
He finished with 33 points, numbers that are even more impressive when you realize he shot 12-for-14 from the floor and 5-for-5 from three.
