Kentucky looks like they’ll be playing in a new uniform this season as the team’s equipment staff put out a photo on Twitter.
While the Wildcats have usually incorporated the checkerboard in their uniforms before, it has been way more subtle than this latest design, which features the checkerboard going up the entire uniform.
Some Kentucky fans compared it (unfavorably) to Tennessee while some applauded the new design and enjoyed the fresh look.
