The ACC released its conference schedule for men’s basketball on Monday as the toughest top-to-bottom league in the country will be difficult to win.

The league’s first conference games for the 2016-16 season begin on Dec. 28 when Wake Forest goes to Florida State, and Virginia plays at Louisville -- which could be a matchup of top-25 teams.

For the first time this year, the ACC tournament heads to New York as the Barclays Center in Brooklyn hosts the event beginning on Tuesday, March 7 and ending with the championship game on Saturday night, March 11.

There are plenty of important games throughout the ACC schedule but circle the Duke vs. North Carolina dates already (Feb. 9 at Durham; March 4 at Chapel Hill).
