South Florida adds 2016 guard Mike Bibby Jr.

South Florida added another guard to its Class of 2016 over the weekend as Mike Bibby Jr., the son of former NBA point guard Mike Bibby, committed to the Bulls.

The 6-foot-3 Bibby Jr. is from Arizona and he’s a talented perimeter shooter who can handle the ball and run some offense. Bibby was coached by his father at Shadow Mountain High School where they won two state championships. Bibby had two knee surgeries on the same knee in high school to repair a torn meniscus that cost him most of his junior year, but he is now playing without a knee brace and appears to be healthy.

Bibby Jr. joins a talented Class of 2016 at South Florida that includes point guard Andres Feliz, wing Troy Baxter and wing Malik Fitts.
