Not all of the foot news coming out of Oregon this week is bad.
The same day that Oregon announced that Dillon Brooks, their best player and a potential all-american for the preseason top five Ducks, would be out for an extended amount of time after undergoing foot surgery, the Ducks got word that Dylan Ennis was allowed to play five-on-five basketball again.
How do we know?
Ennis himself told us:
Might not seem big to some but playing 5on5 for the first time in 7months was a blessing today. Can't thank the Lord enough! #Grind&Pray

Ennis, a transfer from Villanova and the brother of Tyler Ennis, was supposed to be the starting point guard for the Ducks in 2015-16, but he injured his foot during the offseason and then reinjured the foot in his second game back, last December. That was the last time that he was able to play five-on-five.
Until Monday.
Ennis averaged 9.9 points, 3.7 boards and 3.5 assists for the Wildcats as a redshirt junior in 2014-15. He was granted a sixth-year of eligibility by the NCAA this offseason and should compete with Casey Benson and Payton Pritchard for a starting spot in Oregon’s back court.
