Ball State beat Eastern Michigan on Saturday afternoon in double overtime, 88-87. The game included an absolutely bonkers final possession where the officials all decided they just weren’t going to make a call, regardless of how many violations there were.
Seriously, watch this sequence. The refs missed three jump balls, two travels and lord knows about many fouls should have been called.
By the end of it, Ryan Weber somehow finds Francis Kiapway all alone at the top of the key for a game-winning three:

Exciting finish, no doubt.
An absolute embarrassment to the officiating in the MAC?
Without question.
