The 2015-16 college basketball season kicks off this Friday, but it’s not yet too late for teams to add players to their roster.

On Tuesday, Kobie Eubanks, the last member of the Class of 2015’s top 150 to decide where he will be playing his college ball, committed to Texas A&M. The 6-foot-5 wing will be eligible at the end of the first semester.

Eubanks’ path to the Aggies was not easy. He was originally a member of the Class of 2014 and set to go to Baylor, but issues with his transcript meant that he would not be allowed to enroll in the school. He committed to Alabama in the Class of 2015 but did not get a qualifying test score in time to enroll. He did manage to get that test score this fall and eventually decided to pick the Aggies over Baylor and Georgetown.

Eubanks is the fifth member of A&M’s 2015 recruiting class ranked in the top 150. He joins Tyler Davis, Elijah Thomas, D.J. Hogg and Admon Gilder.

The first game he will be eligible will, ironically enough, be against Baylor.
