Wednesday morning the participants for the adidas EUROCAMP, which will be held in Treviso, Italy, were announced including the players who will represent the United States. Among the Americans headed to Italy for the camp, which runs from June 6-8, are guard Rawle Alkins and Mustapha Heron.

Both were named MVPs at last weekend’s Pangos All-American Camp in southern California, and are regarded as two of the top players in the Class of 2016. The full under-18 USA adidas Select team consists of the following players:

PF/C Edrice Adebayo (Pinetown, North Carolina)

SG Rawle Alkins (Brooklyn, New York)

SF Braxton Blackwell (Nashville, Tennessee)

PF/C Deron Davis (Aurora, Colorado)

SG Mustapha Heron (West Haven, Connecticut)

PF/C Dewan Huell (Miami, Florida)

PG/SG Frank Jackson (Alpine, Utah)

SF/PF Mario Kegler (Jackson, Mississippi)

SG Josh Langford (Huntsville, Alabama)

PF T.J. Leaf (San Diego, California/Arizona commit)

PG Kobi Simmons (Alpharetta, Georgia)

Just one of the players is currently committed to a college, with Leaf making his pledge to Arizona back in the fall. Heron was originally a Pittsburgh commitment but decided to reopen his recruitment. The select team will compete against players from around Europe (and a couple from outside of Europe), with 40 of those players being NBA Draft eligible according to adidas.

Included in that group are Brazilian George de Paula and French forward Alpha Kaba, both of whom are projected to be second round picks in this month’s NBA Draft.
