IMPORTANT OUTCOMES

1. Wofford 67, Furman 64

Even though Wofford was the best team in the SoCon, and Furman was the worst, this game came down to the final possession before the Terriers advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in six years. SoCon Player of the Year Karl Cochran knocked in a deep go-ahead 3-pointer with 4:01 left to give Wofford a late lead that they never relinquished. Lee Skinner finished with a team-high 17 points for the Terriers.

2. Northeastern 72, William & Mary 61

Punching a ticket from the CAA to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1991 is Northeastern, who almost squandered a huge late lead. The Huskies received 22 points from Quincy Ford and 15 from David Walker and had a 22-point lead with 3:39 left shrink to six with 36 seconds left.

3. Manhattan 79, Iona 69

The Jaspers are dancing in back-to-back years as they bested MAAC rival Iona. Ashton Pankey had 21 points and 10 rebounds while teammate Emmy Andujar added another double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds.
