Thursday night No. 6 Wisconsin wrapped up the outright Big Ten title with a 76-63 win at Minnesota, with Frank Kaminsky accounting for 25 points, seven assists and six rebounds and Sam Dekker adding 20 points. The win was also Wisconsin’s fourth straight in the series, and on Wednesday Bo Ryan put his freshmen through a drill that’s become a tradition within the program.

With the Williams Arena court being raised, there’s a drop from the edge of the playing surface to the floor. In order to get the freshmen used to the surroundings, each one has to dive for a loose ball that sends them sliding off the court. In the above video clip, it’s Riley Dearring who’s taking part in the tradition.
