Providence made a late move and landed a prep school shooting guard this week as three-star Class of 2015 guard Ricky Council II committed to the Friars and head coach Ed Cooley. A native of North Carolina, the 6-foot-4 Council had Division I offers out of Northern Durham High School, but opted to do a prep year at Moravian Prep to get higher offers.
