Devin Scott with a game-winning tip-in at 12:30 p.m.? Love it (VIDEO)

Dyshawn Pierre finished with 14 points and Kyle Davis added 10, but it was a tip-in from Devon Scott that gave Dayton a 55-53 win over Texas A&M:

Scott finished with seven points and four boards, but the tip-in was notable because Dayton had been getting absolutely pounded on the glass for 40 minutes. The Aggies had a better-than-50% offensive rebounding percentage while giving up just five offensive boards to Dayton prior to that final tip-in.

This win was big for Dayton, as it puts them into the winner’s bracket of the Puerto Rico Tip-Off. That ensures the Flyers will play better opponents over the next three days, and also lands them a win over an SEC team.

The Aggies are by no means great, but don’t be surprised if this ends up being a top 100 win come March.
