It’s been more than two months since a burst water main flooded the newly-renovated Pauley Pavilion, but UCLA is still not practicing on their home floor, according to a report from the Associated Press.

On Tuesday, Steve Alford said that he hopes that the team will be able to get into Pauley next week to practice, as their first exhibition game is scheduled for October 31st, which is just over two weeks away.

It wasn’t just the court that was damaged by the more-than 20 million gallons of water. The new locker rooms, training rooms and weight rooms also were flooded.

The Bruins have been practicing at the Student Activities Center.

UCLA’s first game is November 14th, a home date with Montana State.
