Allerik Freeman, a 6-3 guard from Charlotte, N.C., will spend his final season of high school basketball playing at Findlay Prep (Nev.), Dave Telep of ESPN.com is reporting.

Freeman, a Top 15 player in the country, holds offers and interest from schools that include Duke, Kansas, Ohio State, Villanova, and UCLA.

He played previously at Olympic High School in North Carolina.

Findlay Prep recently won its third NHSI title in four years, defeating Montverde and finishing the season with an overall record of 32-1.

The school has featured a number high-major Division I players in the past, and this season featured 2012 prospects Brandon Ashley, who is headed to Arizona, and Top 10 player Anthony Bennett, who is staying in-state and playing for UNLV.

Also on the 2012 roster were guards Amadeo Della Valle (Ohio State) and Christian Wood (UNLV commit).
