Missouri and Texas A&M are following the money. Right into the SEC.
When the Tigers and Aggies switch to conferences for next season, they’ll join a group of schools that have all seen their revenue increase at least 41 percent since 2006, according to figures obtained by USA Today. (Well, except for Georgia, which saw its donations fall and Vandy, which isn’t among the public schools tabulated by the paper.)
It’s also another reason why Florida State continues to be rumored to be leaving the ACC. The conference’s top revenue maker made less money than nine SEC schools and seven Big Ten schools.
