The weekend’s regional finals had something for everyone. Kentucky showcased its talent and competitive drive, Ohio State demonstrated superior teamwork and passing skills, Kansas displayed a knack for timely defense and Louisville was downright resilient.
But special attention should be given to the coaching jobs done by Kansas’ Bill Self and Louisville’s Rick Pitino, who were able to squeeze performances out of their teams most onlookers didn’t think possible, say Tom Brennan and Vin Parise of SportsTalk.
