Rhode Island freshman Jonathan Holton was arrested and charged with two counts of video voyeurism, the Providence Journal reports. The 6-9 forward has been suspended by the team.

Holton, 21, allegedly took video of sexual encounters with two students, then posted them on Facebook without the students’ consent. Police told the paper the sex was consensual.

The students reportedly told the school about the videos on March 17 and campus police about them on March 20. Four videos have been turned over the campus police.

Holton is scheduled for a felony screening on April 27. If convicted, he could face up to three years in prison and a $5,000 fine.

New Rhode Island coach Dan Hurley issued no comment to the paper.

Holton averaged 10.2 points and 8.1 rebounds a game last season.
