Picking teams to pull off NCAA tournament upsets is the easy. Figuring out why they happen? That’s another story.

That’s where Bobby Gonzalez comes in.

The ex-Manhattan coach helped the Jaspers knock off No. 5 Florida in the 2004 tournament and nearly reach the Sweet 16 because it could ride star Luis Flores (26 vs. the Gators) and had a team of guys who filled their roles. As he says in this SportsTalk video, Murray State, led by star guard Isaiah Canaan, could be that player and that team this season.
