Michigan State got the No. 1 seed in the West and they will get an entertaining matchup with high-flying Long Island-Brooklyn in the first round.

The winner of that game will go on to face the winner of a very interesting matchup between No. 8 Memphis and No. 9 St. Louis. Both of those teams are capable of upsetting the Spartans. No. 5 New Mexico got a tough draw in the first round against No. 12 Long Beach State and Casper Ware while No. 4 Louisville will be squaring off with the SoCon champs No. 13 Davidson.

The bottom of this bracket is where it gets fun. No. 2 Missouri gets No. 15 Norfolk State in their first game, advancing to take on the winner of No. 7 Florida and No. 10 Virginia. Florida as a seven seed is going to be a tough matchup in the second round. The No. 3 seed in the region is Marquette, who will be taking on the winner of a play-in game between BYU and Iona, who happened to sneak in as an at-large. Murray State got the No. 6 seed out west, getting matched up with Colorado State, who snuck in as an at-large from the Mountain West.
