Deciding awards by a committee should make things easier. It eases any burden upon one person when it comes fretting about making the final call.

So why does it feel like we could revise our picks for our 2011-12 college basketball postseason awards? (Click here to see the slideshow.)

I mean, is there a right answer when it comes to selecting between Anthony Davis and Thomas Robinson when it comes to national Player of the Year? Or choosing among John Calipari, Bill Self, Frank Haith, Tom Izzo, Jim Boeheim and others for national coach of the year?

Probably not.

Same goes for the guys on our first- and second-teams. They all earned those spots through fantastic seasons, but that’s not to say others weren’t deserving.

So, if you think other players deserved the honor more, leave it in the comments field below or hit us on Twitter @CBTonNBC. We’ll listen.
