Connecticut won its Big East tournament opener on Tuesday. Seton Hall is handling Providence.

But how do those would-be NCAA tournament teams feel about their chances for an at-large bid? Bobby Gonzalez and Tom Brennan discuss that very idea on SportsTalk.

For what it’s worth, it seems that Brennan is overstating it a bit with UConn already being in, but the pair may be correct about the “cache” related to being the defending champ. Perhaps the committee gives them a pass.

Not that it applied to Florida in 2008 ...
