If Gus Johnson had called US women’s win over Brazil ...

The only thing that would’ve made the United States’ thrilling rally and victory against Brazil in the Women’s World Cup Sunday? Gus Johnson on the call.

That’s where YouTube comes in.

College basketball’s beloved announcer is seemingly on the mic for every dramatic moment in the sport. Here’s how he might’ve called Abby Wambach’s goal in the 122nd minute.

The audio’s from a 2005 game between Gonzaga and Oklahoma State when Adam Morrison banked in a 3-pointer to win the game. A little screaming and simple astonishment goes a long way when you have a remarkable finish.

Not that announcer Ian Darke mishandled the call. But nothing beats Gus.
