‘Butt’ the secret to 9-year-old’s NCAA bracket

When you fill out your bracket next season, make sure you channel your inner 9-year-old and sound out those team names.

Hey, it worked for Caroline Baldwin. She had UConn beating Butler in the final.

“She picked Butler because she thought it was funny that they had the word ‘butt’ in their name,” her mother, Jennifer Baldwin, told NBCConnecticut.com. “And she chose BCU because she said the ‘C’ stood for Caroline.”

So how’d she do? She finished 14th overall in ESPN’s Men’s Tournament Challenge – out of more than 5.9 million brackets entered.

I’m now trolling for other funny-sounding school names …
