Give Mike Krzyzewski credit. His Blue Devils lost their first game of the season Wednesday night, 66-61 to Florida State. They missed shots (a season-low 31.1 percent from the field), got no front-court production and are sure to drop from the No. 1 spot when Monday’s rankings come out.
But he can crack a joke, even in defeat.
During last night’s post-game press conference, he picked up a buzzing phone at the podium and read the text message.

So he kept his cool, looked at the reporters and quipped: “I shouldn’t be getting messages on that. I told them not to call me on someone else’s phone.”
