Friday’s slate and what to watch

Count me among those delighted/excited about Tron Legacy. I was 5-years-old when the original Tron was released, which put me squarely in their intended audience: Kids who would grow up with video games. Call it a soft spot for an average movie.

The new version though … gonna enjoy that in 3D at the IMAX.

That’s my way of saying there’s not much on Friday night. But don’t worry. Saturday’ll make up for it.

Poor Charlotte: The 49ers just dismissed one of their best players in Shamari Spears and now play host to No. 7 Tennessee. Yes, the same Vols team coming off their first loss of the season, 89-82, to Oakland. Is there any way this isn’t a blowout?
