Monday’s slate and what to watch

Big Monday’s just a few weeks away. It certainly shows with Monday’s slate.

It’s a lackluster lineup with just a few notable games. If there’s a night to do some Christmas shopping or watch Monday Night Football (Jets-Pats? Nice), it’s this Monday.

Watch after MNF: Portland at Washington
Well, watch it if you live in the Northwest. The Huskies are coming off back-to-back triple-digit games, and have hit at least 100 four times in seven games. They’ll be hard-pressed to push the Pilots to play that quickly, which means the most interesting thing could be the guy who guards UW guard Isaiah Thomas. He’s hoping it’s someone 6-5 or taller.
