A suspension to start the season didn’t slow LaceDarius Dunn. Through three games, Baylor’s senior sharpshooter is averaging 22.7 points and has hit 16 of 31 3-pointers (52 percent thus far).
So when the guard landed awkwardly on his left elbow during Thursday’s a 68-54 win against Arizona State, the Bears must’ve been holding their breath.
And have now exhaled.
X-Rays came back Friday on Dunn’s arm and showed he only bruised his forearm and isn’t expected to miss any games. Even better? It’s his left forearm, so his shooting stroke (he’s a righty) shouldn’t be affected.
