I hate the concept of the National Letter of Intent.
I wrote about it numerous times this summer (here, here, and here). Its system that is utterly, totally, and completely weighted against the athlete. Normally, this is the time that I would go on my rant explaining why it is unfair and wrong. But it wouldn’t do justice to what Marc Isenberg wrote yesterday.
Seriously, if there is anything you are going to read this week, read this.
Its good enough that it deserves its own post.
