Xavier senior guard Myles Davis has been ordered to stay away from a former girlfriend after she accused him of a number of harassing actions, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

The former girlfriend said that Davis threatened her, broke her cell phones, punched holes in her wall and tried to punch through her windows. The protective order, which is in effect for three years, barrs Davis from being within 500 feet of the woman, except while on the Xavier campus, where he cannot be within a 10-foot proximity of her. Davis “vehemently” denied the accusations to the Enquirer through his attorney.

The 6-foot-2 guard from Plainfield, N.J. has also been charged with misdemeanor criminal damaging stemming from his ex-girlfriend’s accusation that he broke her cell phone. A Xavier spokesperson told the Enquirer that the school was aware of the situation, but had no further comment.

Davis averaged 10.8 points, 4.1 assists and 3.6 rebounds per game last season for the Musketeers, who are expected to compete atop the Big East next season.
