Oklahoma has dismissed center Akolda Manyang from the program following an arrest in Minnesota.
According to court documents from the Rochester police, Manyang and another man were arrested on Wednesday for allegedly assaulting a cab driver and stealing his keys. He was charged with first-degree aggravated robbery.
Manyang averaged 2.5 points and 2.1 rebounds this past season for the Sooners. He was suspended indefinitely following a fight with a football player last month. Manyang played one game with the Sooners during their Final Four run, but he left the team after the first round following his brother’s suicide in Minnesota.
