VIDEO: Yale’s Makai Mason’s workout video features some impressive dunks

Yale point guard Makai Mason was one of the breakout stars of the NCAA tournament, as he scored 31 points in a win over No. 5 seed Baylor and followed that up with a strong floor game against Duke despite his 2-for-12 shooting.

It was enough for Mason to decide to enter his name into the NBA Draft, and given the new draft rules, it was the perfect timing. He can capitalize on his post-NCAA tournament notoriety, (hopefully) get himself some buzz within NBA scouting departments and then return to school with a chance to improve on what he needs to in order to try and get himself drafted.

And while that sounds ridiculous because he’s a little point guard that plays in the Ivy League, I’m sure some people said the same thing about Jeremy Lin.

Plus ... I mean, look at those hops.
