For the first time in six years, a member of John Beilein’s coaching staff will be departing as Lavall Jordan is expected to be named the next head coach at Milwaukee.

Jordan will be replacing Rob Jeter, who spent 11 seasons with the Panthers.

Milwaukee was 20-13 last season.

Jordan has spent six seasons with Beilein at Michigan, tasked with recruiting and working with the guards. Jordan may not be the last assistant to leave Michigan this offseason, as Bacari Alexander is considered one of the front runners to take over at Detroit.

ESPN.com and CBSSports.com were the first to report the news.
