Tyler Ulis has made it official: he will be declaring for the NBA Draft and signing with an agent.
Ulis was an NBCSports.com first-team all-american this season, averaging 17.3 points and 7.0 assists on the season. At 5-foot-9, he was the shortest player to be named a first-team all-american in more than 60 years.
“I’ve coached a lot of great point guards in all my years of coaching. Tyler Ulis is the best floor general that I’ve ever coached,” John Calipari said.
Ulis is projected as a mid-to-late first round pick.
