Two teams with NCAA tournament aspirations battle on Saturday afternoon as VCU travels to George Washington. You can view this Atlantic 10 contest live on NBCSN at 12:30 p.m. EST.

The Rams (20-8, 12-3) are coming off of a bad loss to George Mason last game and they’re trying to avoid getting swept by George Washington after losing at home to the Colonials, 72-69, on Feb. 6. Senior guard Melvin Johnson (18.4 ppg) is putting up big scoring numbers this season.

George Washington (21-7, 10-5) has won three consecutive games as they try to win their way into the NCAA tournament. They’re led by junior forward Tyler Cavanaugh (16.6 ppg) and senior wing Patricio Garino (13.9 ppg).

As of this writing, both of these teams sit in the “First Four Out” line of CBT bracketologist Dave Ommen’s latest bracket. So Saturday’s game has big bubble implications for both teams.
