Andy Enfield received his first recruit in the Class of 2016, as South Grand Prairie High (Texas) power forward Harrison Henderson verbally committed to USC while on an official visit, according to Evan Daniels of Scout.com.

The 6-foot-8 Henderson is regarded as a three-star prospect, according to Rivals.

“Harrison Henderson is a fast pickup for USC after they offered him at the start of the month,” College Basketball Talk‘s recruiting insider Scott Phillips said. “The forward was productive in the late spring and early summer and received a lot of scholarship overs in the last 10 days.”

He becomes the second new addition to the Trojans this offseason, joining Louisville transfer Shaqquan Aaron, who will sit out the 2015-16 season and will have three years of eligibility remaining.

Henderson averaged 8.6 points and 5.1 rebounds per game for the Dallas Mustangs in the adidas Gauntlet series.
