Kyle Anderson records triple-double in UCLA win

Kyle Anderson UCLA

UCLA sophomore Kyle Anderson is one of the most unique players to watch in the country and the player they nicknamed “Slo Mo” registered the storied program’s first triple-double since 1995 when Anderson scored 13 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and had 11 assists in the Bruins’ 81-70 win over Morehead State on Friday night.

Anderson’s triple-double is the first for a Bruin since Toby Bailey and he could be in-line for more with his unique ability to see the floor and make plays as a point forward at 6-foot-9.

Jordan Adams also had 30 points on 10-for-18 shooting and 8-of-8 from the free throw line for the Bruins and if the the sophomore guard can score like that while Anderson plays the floor game, UCLA could be dangerous.

The Bruins are off to a 4-0 start on the season and could outplay expectations set on them this season if the sophomore duo of Anderson and Adams continue to play like all-league players.
